Reply to the purchase receipt and say you want a refund. No form and no argument. The reply keeps the request tied to the purchase record.

If you no longer have the receipt, use the early-access form on the home page and say you are asking about a refund. It reaches a person.

When this policy ends

This promise applies until beta access opens. No access date has been announced. Once access opens, this pre-access promise ends; any rights the law gives you still apply.
