What you are buying

You are pre-ordering a lifetime licence to the Agent Deck Windows desktop app. The app is not available to download today. Your licence key is minted by hand and emailed to the address on your receipt. The Windows installer follows when beta access opens.

What “lifetime” means

The licence covers your copy of the Windows desktop app and every update to that app for as long as we ship it. It does not promise that every feature will remain unchanged.

It does not include anything we may run for you on our own servers, including agents working while your computer is off. Hosted execution would carry an ongoing cost and, if we build it, would be offered separately.

Your licence

You may use Agent Deck for lawful work, including commercial work. You may not resell, share, publish, or redistribute the app or licence key, bypass licence controls, or present Agent Deck as your own product.

What the app depends on

Agent Deck drives compatible agent CLIs already installed on your computer. It does not include those CLIs, their subscriptions, their credits, or their provider accounts. See the install requirements before buying.

Refunds

You can receive a full refund any time before access opens. The complete process is in the refund policy.

Limits

Software can fail. To the fullest extent the law allows, Agent Deck is provided without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every particular job. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or charges from third-party agent providers. Our total liability for a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase.

Nothing here removes a consumer right that the law where you live does not allow us to remove.
